Every Alethia engagement starts with a reading. You give us three fields: your work email, your company name, and your company domain. We read your company's public signal across four dimensions and send the report back by email the same day. Free.
No surveys. No interviews. No discovery call. Nothing is required of your team, because the reading draws on what your company already shows the world. It is built for founder-led companies in the $5M–$20M range.

Public information only
The report is built from publicly available information about your company. We do not access private systems, we do not buy personal data, and we collect nothing from inside your walls.
The signal sits in plain sight: employee reviews, public workforce data, customer reviews, press coverage, and what the company publishes about itself. Every signal in the report names its source.
What the report contains
A summary reading of where the company stands, in plain language, alongside the headline signals the data shows.
Four dimension sections. Each one weighs strength signals against friction signals, with every signal cited to the public record it came from, and closes with the truth underneath the pattern.
Where the pattern leads: the sequence that typically breaks next when these signals appear together, and the root cause sitting underneath all of them.
The founder architecture session
The diagnostic puts the truth on paper. The founder architecture session turns that truth into a clear install plan: what gets built, in what order, and what it must hold.
Working directly with the founder, the session maps the reading onto the five systems the install covers: vision, accountability, decision rights, a scorecard, and a working leadership cadence.
One requirement: you sit still for a hard, honest reading. The founder who quietly likes being indispensable should not commission this.
The six-week install
A focused six-week sprint installs the operating system: vision, accountability, decision rights, a scorecard, and a working leadership cadence. Installed inside your business, running, with your people operating it.
Each spike on the founder's trace is removed structurally: the decision class that caused it moves to the level where it belongs, and the waveform tightens.
Then we hand the system to your leadership team and move into governance so the gains hold. We have done our job when the company no longer needs us.
