Alethia Team LLC ("Alethia") operates this website and the SignalDX report. This page describes what we collect, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. It is written to match what our systems actually do.

What we collect

When you request a signal report, we collect what you type into the form: your work email, your phone number, your company name, and the additional details you provide. With every submission we also record the referring page and the landing URL, and, if you arrived from a tagged link, the campaign parameters in that link.

The report is built from the answers you provide. We do not access private systems, and we do not buy personal data about you.

What we do with it

Your email receives two things: a SignalDX report and, potentially, a contact from our team about your report. Your email, phone number, company name, and request details are stored with the completed report so an operator can follow up. Completion alerts that include your email, phone number, and company name go to our team internally by email.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, and only so they can do their jobs.

Who processes it

Your information is processed by four providers: Vercel hosts our application, Sanity stores completed SignalDX reports and associated submission details, Resend delivers our email, and OpenAI reviews limited portions of the client-facing report for grammar.

The portions sent to OpenAI are limited to eligible comments entered while completing the survey. Your email address, phone number, structured company details, locked report copy, and the internal Dossier are not sent to OpenAI.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. The site serves its typefaces from its own domain, so loading a page sends no font request to Google or any other third party.

Retention and deletion

We keep SignalDX submissions and completed reports until you ask us to remove them; we have no automatic deletion schedule. Ask, and we will delete your record from our report repository. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or tell us to stop following up, at any time.
