Alethia Team LLC (“Alethia”) operates this website and the Execution Authority signal report. This page describes what we collect, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. It is written to match what our systems actually do.
What we collect
When you request a signal report, we collect what you type into the form: your work email, your company name, and your company domain. With every submission we also record the referring page and the landing URL, and, if you arrived from a tagged link, the campaign parameters in that link.
The report itself is built from publicly available information about your company. We do not access private systems, and we do not buy personal data about you.
What we do with it
Your email receives two things: a confirmation that your request is in, and contact from our team about your report and the engagement it describes. Your email, company name, and request details are stored in our database and entered into our CRM so an operator can follow up. Completion alerts that include your email and company name go to our team internally by email and Slack.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, and only so they can do their jobs.
Who processes it
Your email and company name touch four providers: Railway hosts our application and database, Resend delivers our email, Notion holds our CRM, and Slack carries our internal alerts. Vercel hosts this website and serves it to your browser.
Your company domain, not your personal information, is sent to the research vendors that help build the report: Apollo for firmographic data, Perplexity, Anthropic, and OpenAI for analysis of public information, and Apify for collecting public web pages.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. The site serves its typefaces from its own domain, so loading a page sends no font request to Google or any other third party.
Retention and deletion
We keep signal request records until you ask us to remove them; we have no automatic deletion schedule. Ask, and we will delete your record from our database and our CRM. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or tell us to stop following up, at any time.
