Alethia is the Greek word for truth. We named the company after it because that is where every engagement starts — with the truth about what is actually holding the business back.

Founders were carrying all of it.
We started Alethia because we kept seeing founders carrying everything on their shoulders. The decisions, the problems, the people, the pressure. Jobs depending on them. Families built around what they built. And no matter what they brought in to help, nothing stuck.
The approaches were not wrong. But every one of them worked from the outside looking in. They observed, advised, and handed over a plan. Then they left. Nobody actually went in and stayed until it worked.
So that is where we went.
In as a team. Out when it holds.
Alethia goes in as a team, diagnoses from the inside, builds the fix alongside the founder, and leaves only when the system actually holds. We named it after the Greek word for truth because that is where every engagement starts — with the truth about what is actually holding the business back.
