These terms cover your use of this website and the Execution Authority signal report, both operated by Alethia Team LLC (“Alethia”). Requesting a report means you accept them.
The signal report
The signal report is free. It is an analysis of publicly available information about a company, prepared with research tooling and reviewed by our team. It reflects what public data shows at the time it is prepared. It is not an audit, not financial or legal advice, and not a guarantee about any company's condition or future performance. Decisions you make from it are yours.
Requesting a report
Request a report only for a company you own, lead, or are authorized to represent. Give us a working email and a real domain. We may decline or discard requests that are automated, abusive, or misrepresent who is asking.
Our content
The material on this site and in the report, including the diagnostic framework, copy, and figures, belongs to Alethia. Your report is yours to use inside your company. Do not republish or resell our material without written permission.
Liability
The site and the report are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Alethia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of either. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
