Every touchpoint. Every conversation. Every word on this page. It either carries the signal clean or it distorts it. I keep it clean. I am the bridge between what we know to be true inside and what the world actually experiences when it meets us.

I can build the AI-engine that powers a 41-page diagnostic and then find the half-page that matters. I build the intelligence systems that detect where coherence breaks down before the damage becomes visible. And I make sure that when someone lands here, what they feel is what they would feel sitting across the table from us.
